 Conceptualize and contribute with thoughts on sourcing strategies and methods to be utilized in identifying a qualified candidates. The Senior Executive recruiter is highly encouraged to utilize creative methods that go beyond traditional sourcing channels in attracting qualified candidates

  Create marketing materials including job ads needed in order to attract talent to positions Verify candidate qualifications and assist the client with the candidate on-boarding process​

Qualification and Candidate Background

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree

  • At least 1 year of Executive Search or BPO experience

  • Prior Executive Search experience is a plus, but not required

  • Prior BPO experience is a big plus, but not required if the candidate has recruiting


  • Excellent written and oral English skills

  • A proven track record of being a star-performer

  • Applicants must be passionate about learning and developing as a person
