I was totally new to the recruiting field when I started working at Global Staffer 5 years ago. Since day one up to now, I never stopped learning. One of the great things here is how I learn, from the people that I am working with on every search/projects assigned to me - working with them helped me hone my skills, pushed me to think analytically and see things in different perspectives. Here at Global Staffer, we are comprised of diverse cultures, upbringing, education and work background coming together with one goal and works towards the same values. I love how Global Staffer helped me realize my potentials, seeing myself 5 years ago, I can definitely say I grew a lot professionally and I am very grateful for that.
