Collaborate with the finance and operations team on ad hoc projects; help balance multiple initiatives 


 Utilize our CRM, accounting system, and time reporting systems to support general finance and operations functions; analyze existing processes, suggest improvements, and help with back-end reconfiguration 


Develop detailed reports to provide leadership with the visibility needed to make decisions that shape the strategic direction of the organization



Reconcile and maintain financial records, including Accounts Receivable and invoicing duties

Qualifications and Candidate Background

  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any Business related courses

  • CPA a plus, but not required

  • Excellent written and oral English skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, general Excel formulas)

  • Experience working with PowerPoint, QuickBooks Online, or SalesForce a plus

  • Able to drive projects and process improvements

  • A proven track record of being a top-performer
