The Client: World's Leading Automotive Retailer
Background and Challenge:
Our client had created a new division and needed to find the right person to step in and lead the new group. They had tried to partner with some other search firms, but had not been able to find the right candidate. They then turned to Global Staffers.
Results:
We utilized our strong network of senior executives to source for the right candidate. Within 2 weeks, we presented to the CEO 15 candidates. The client was very impressed with the quality of the candidates and the speed in which we had produced those candidates.
