BACKGROUND & CHALLENGE
Our client had created a new division and needed to find the right person to step in and lead the new group. They had tried to partner with some other search firms but had not been able to find the right candidate. They then turned to Global Staffer.
RESULTS
We utilized our strong network of senior executives to source for the right candidate. Within 2 weeks, we presented to the CEO 15 candidates. The client was very impressed with the quality of the candidates and the speed in which we had produced those candidates.

Our client needed to find a VP of Marketing and Strategy and required an individual with very specific niche-industry knowledge.
RESULTS
We leveraged our network of 30,000+ top-tier consultants and systematically screened candidates to filter down to 100+ top performers. We then interviewed each candidate and provided our client detailed evaluations that demonstrated each person’s capabilities and industry knowledge. Through our proven process, we were able to present 20 exceptional candidates within 3 weeks.

In response to the devastating Typhoon Yolanda, we organized a charity drive in which we purchased new clothes for victims. As part of our efforts, staff members volunteered at the Red Cross to pack and prepare the clothes to be sent to communities most affected by the natural disaster.
